My childhood was spent growing up in the Adirondack mountains near Lake George and living at the interface of the natural world and human use. Now as a wildlife biologist, photographer and author in Pebble Beach, California, I continue to look closely at nature through a lens. My photography work has developed over three decades and attempts to offer a window to wilderness exprerience.

I’ve been fortunate enough to participate in exhibitions in California and New York including; Center for Photographic Art in Carmel, New York Center for Photographic Art in NYC and the Monterey Museum of Art. My work has won competitions and been published in Black and White Magazine and Shadow and Light Magazine. Vicki is a founding board director of the Carmel River Watershed Conservancy and has worked at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
