“I grew up in upstate New York and have been exploring the natural world through a camera lense since I was a young girl. With an academic background in marine biology and wildlife conservation, I have settled in California and now live on the Central Coast. My work is a way for me to honor the amazing world I see in nature—to call attention to its powers, reflect on its wonders, and in a way that’s playful and approachable, create empathy, explore connections. It’s a tangible expression of my gratitude for being able to see what I see and feel what I feel, and being forever curious about it all.”
